primo impasto visto che era mollo non ha cambiato niente, mentre nel secondo secondo me e meglio dividerli, mettere il l'uovo dopo 5 minuti secondo me la pasta e venuta piu vellutata alla fine fa anche se sono lievitati un po troppo,li ho messi nei stampi alle 12.00 e alle 16e30 sono andato a vedere in cella ed erano gia troppo lievitati e pensare che ho fatto pagnotte da 1 kg, ha lievitato benissimo soffice alveoli regolari dai 3 ai 5 mm uniformi.&lt;BR/&gt;adesso mi chiedo tengo la ricetta che ho fatto io o proviamo afar la tua??????tu cosa mi  consigli.... io proverei ma o dubbi che venga ancora migliore di cosi . io ti dico che è dal 2002 che faccio prove e l'unica prova che mi veniva bene era con il lievito naturale e farine per focaccemix...questo tipo di impasto e piu veloce come tempi di lavoro ma 15 di farina piu il lievito ci vuole quasi 80 euro!!!!..&lt;BR/&gt;quindi penso di perfezzionare la tua ricetta ...&lt;BR/&gt;ciao ciao e grazie ancora per avermi Se leggi attentamente la ricetta è tutto spiegato per bene comunque i 3 turoli vanno messi insieme allo zucchero, alla vanillina e 100 di farina, mentre le 4 uova vanno messe uno alla volta alternando
